Steve Murrin

Attorney Steve Murrin spent the first 10 years of his career in the District Attorney’s office in New York and then in Atlanta. Since 1999, Steve has been in private practice with a concentration of representing motorcyclists and car drivers who have been injured in accidents. Because of his years of experience as a prosecutor, Steve also represents individuals and corporations accused of serious felony offenses in both federal and state court. Steve Murrin has handled 120 jury trials in his career and prides himself on understanding the dynamics of being a true trial lawyer. He has tried cases in Georgia, New York, Connecticut, New Jersey, Florida, North Carolina, South Carolina, Tennessee, Alabama, Texas, and California, often with the partnership of local counsel of that particular state. In his spare time, Murrin enjoys riding his motorcycle worldwide with his wife, Mandy. He is an avid fly fisherman and hunter, and runs a small farm in Cherokee County, Georgia, Fuzzy Foot Farms.

Mark Wallace

Attorney Mark Wallace has 30 years of experience in personal injury litigation. Mark’s career has been exclusively dedicated to helping clients injured by the negligence of others, including injuries stemming from automobile accidents, trucking accidents, motorcycle accidents, and on-the-job injuries. Mark has been recognized by his peers as an expert in insurance law and is often engaged by other lawyers to navigate complex insurance coverages and cases with multiple responsible companies. Mark brings a creative analysis to the table in optimizing your recovery of any injury you have sustained at the hands of another party. He is an avid New York Rangers fan, has raised three boys who all compete at the highest levels of youth hockey, and enjoys traveling around the world on his off time. His interest in world travel is evident in the cuisine he prepares as an avid chef. Mark prides himself on speaking to every client personally. Each client receives his personal cell phone number– a business model not adhered to by many lawyers nowadays.

Vicky Petrova

Vicky Petrova has 20 years of experience working in law offices and has been with Murrin and Wallace, LLC, for over 10 years. Petrova is the office manager at Murrin and Wallace and the head of the medical records department. Vicky is diligent, patient, and works tirelessly administering the firm’s day-to-day operation. She was born in Russia and is a native Russian speaker, and attended college in Russia as well. Therefore, she assists and interprets for the Russian clientele at Murrin and Wallace, LLC. If you call the main line, this will most likely be the cheery voice on the other end of the line, directing you to the staff member you need.

Joyce Smith

Hailing from California, Joyce is the glue that holds the litigation department together. Smith has 25 years of experience working in a law office and is a vital part of our team, devoted to supporting the trial lawyers in prosecuting the plaintiffs’ claim in court as the litigation paralegal. Any firm that handles personal injury litigation needs the expertise of support staff who are dedicated professionals, trained in the complex world of injury litigation. Joyce brings to the table that expertise and works closely with the lawyers to optimize the settlements and jury verdict.

Alysia Gray

Described to be hard-working and bright, Alysia Gray is one of the admins at the firm. She is also a student at Georgia Tech. Soon to be enrolled in law school, Alysia wishes to pursue a career in law while continuing her employment at Murrin and Wallace. Alysia helps with day-to-day operations, keeping clients apprised of their case status, retrieving accident reports, filing Freedom of Information requests, writing letters to insurance companies, helping with property damage claims, and filing and generally keeping the inner machinations of the firm running smoothly.

Jayden Murrin

Support staff member, Jayden Murrin, has two years of experience working in a law office. Jayden is responsible for handling property damage claims, retrieving police reports and accident reports, assisting in initial claims, helping manage files, as well as overseeing the firm’s closed management system. Jayden is also the firm’s technical consultant, assisting the IT department and keeping everyone connected through the offsite cloud storage system, optimizing offsite efficiency of employees. Her goal is to help clients feel safe, comfortable, and satisfied with the law firm’s service. Jayden is a bright student and an aspiring lawyer, hoping to someday become a member of the trial team.

Tyler McGrath

Tyler McGrath is the head of Murrin and Wallace’s marketing division. At night, he attends law school. McGrath is a decorated veteran of the U.S. Army and, until 2023, was a member of the 82nd Airborne. He has served his country honorably, including two tours overseas. You can often see him driving the Law Firm truck to promotional events, fundraisers, and charity events, all supported by the firm. Tyler McGrath is driven and reliable, soon to pursue a career in law

Kitty

“Kitty”, the renowned office cat, has the most important responsibility in the firm—being in charge of brightening everyone’s moods. Despite her routine of frequent naps, she can often be found roaming the halls of the office, monitoring, and sitting underneath desks, making sure everyone’s on task. Kitty is encouraging, friendly, and a key part of the Murrin and Wallace team. Her hard work is rewarded with head-pets and belly rubs and the occasional kitty snack. Kitty has been with the firm since 2016. She was found in a barn near Fuzzy Foot Farms, abandoned by her mother, tailless and hungry. She now misses no meals but still has no tail.
